Difficult Conversations: Sexual Harassment

Play the video below, narrated by Amy Newman, to complete sexual harassment training. At times, the video will prompt you to pause and write comments (see the form below the video). This interactivity is required by the NYS Department of Labor—and it will give you a chance to consider what harassment is and how you might react to certain situations. You’ll also be asked what you might do in a difficult situation, which may inspire you to take action when faced with a similar interaction at work.

Your comments will be sent confidentially to Amy Newman’s email address, and she’ll confirm with you and with your employer that you completed the training. Thank you for participating!

NOTE: In-person training is preferable for interactivity and discussion. This video is offered for small organizations and for newly hired and other employees who miss the live training.
